anyone any ideas when this will actually start, as Boots SA say from Monday, but flyer says Thursday 19th ????

Clinique offers a gift set (a pack of 6-8 miniature products) with a purchase of minimum two products. Different shops / stores run the bonus time at different times, tomorrow (15.03) is the last day of Clinique bonus time for Harvey Nichols and the Boots bonus time starts 16th of March and runs till 4th of April.

Unfortunately it isn't available online. Lots of other stores do the Clinique Bonus Time though, so look out for the dates and where they have them.

Ask for a sample. They often give them out. I've had loads from clinique. Some will say no but if you ask everytime you're in store you'll find someone that will say yes.
