Mutualpoints & Ipoints - family members?

Hi, have been trying to find out without success if it is possible for another member of my family to sign up to the same cashback sites as myself. They would have their own email address but we would share the home address and they would use my computer. I recently did a couple of bingo offers and they would now like to join these too. They would of course use their own payment cards. It just says one account per user on the bingo sites. Also would daily clicks be allowed if the same computer is being used? I've contacted Mutualpoints but the reply I received didn't answer my query properly. It's using the same computer that worries me. Any advice appreciated.
