Do not worry about failed IVA 99% of the petitions I type for court have one.
You may want to check if it was mis sold in the first place. For example to sell/ recommend an IVA to someone who would be better off going BR is miss sold. If you have no assets and low income the IVA was probably miss sold. There is a lot of this about as IVA companies cash on desperate people.

I tbh dont thing we were mis sold the IVA as we were both in full time employment, had no kids, I wasn't pregnant and my husband had only been ill once and at the time we had no idea it could attack other organs, we were ok paying the IVA although our rent did go up by £50 a month after 4 months and then my husband was ill causing us to miss payments and our IVA to fail. I know now they are trying to cash in on us as they are saying our bankruptcy would be declined as we have too much disposable income whereas we have less than last time.
I think they could have helped us more when they failed our IVA though.
