But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free;)
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.:D
Today i will:
- check online banking -
- update spreadsheets
- move some money to savings and different pots
- storecupboard lunch and tea
- laundry hokey cokey for OH
- ironing for me
- reduce, reuse,recycle one thing
- swim and jacuzzi to use gym membership
- aim for no spend day
- clean one room so no housework at weekend
- sparkle a lot
- star socks today;)
, quiet day ahead at work i hope. Half term from college so DD skulking about the place, OH on annual leave so another skulker:p they both better get something to do or they will be pestering me all day:rolleyes: One of the downfalls of working and living in same place!Sending hugs to any poorly people, hope you feel better soon.
Hi to all the regulars:hello: :hello: :hello: and welcome to any new posters:D
Catch up with you all later xxx
