cccj and redetermination

Tesco passed our loan debt to incasso who in turn got onto northampton court re a ccj. We were paying 154.00 per month ,we have for the last 2 years, but that was not enough. The ccj came back that we had to pay 324 a month,ridiculous.We have written to northampton cc and asked for them to look at it again, they have sent back that it has been transferred to our local court for REDETERMINATION.Do we have to go or will they decide on the information that they have received, please put our minds at rest. Many thanks.[Have been with CCCS for the last 2 years]

Have you been paying £154.00 per month for 2 years?
Was this figure (£154.00) set by the court?
If so, the claimant has no right to up the figure just because they feel like it.
If they want a higher fee of you, they need the courts permission
