CCA advise required please

Hi all,
I sent off CCA letters at the beginning of January for a loan with Lloyds and credit cards with Lloyds and Co-op. None of them responded within the stautory time limit which put all the accounts into dispute.
Since then Lloyds have sent me a copy of the loan agreement which seems enforceable - I wonder if someone with knowledge and experience of these matters would be good enough to take a look?
I can post it on the site or send it individually - again, I'll take advice on the best way.
Thanks in advance.

Merely being honest here, as I note you've not had any replies - surprise, surprise, seems you get accused eroneously of 'debt avoidance' if you dare mention the word CCA request; if only were that simple - I could direct you to the Consumer Action Group. If you aren't already a member. They very geared up towards this over there, and you are likely to get more replies. Not left worrying for hours or days over whether anyone will reply to you. Just a piece of advice and if anyone else doesn't like it - well TOUGH! Go and worry about your own lives, instead of concerning yourself with the lives or advice others give. Not harming YOU is it?
Had to say that, sorry.
Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

I would say a loan taken out with a bank, at a branch , are usually watertight . Its credit cards and loans by post that are a bit lapse in details . Many were issued on receiving just application forms . A consumer credit agreement form should have been completed separately after an application was approved . Even when these forms were signed and returned , they were simply LOST .0

Having read a few posts on here, I was kind of expecting that Merlin. I am on the CAG forum, but want to get a broad opinion, so I'll take the risk of a bit of grief!0
