I was thinking of opening a paypal account where people could voluntarily deposite money, and anyone who blows up the houses of parliment gets the pot!!!

just 50 pence per person would make around 30 million!

Thats miles more than you can win on deal or no deal, and, you wouldnt have to suffer looking at Noel Edmunds' hair cut for an hour!
