|I got put of costco recently. Looked at the 3ltr coke bottles said 2ltr 50% extra free, (mistake was coke sending in these labels as costco order 3ltr bottles) but they were charging 3lt prices, i tried to quirey it but the work just didnt get what i was going on about or the fact the customer was being over charged and therefore illegal but i couldnt be bother to take it any further.
But one poster is correct you need to know your suppermarket prices as in some cases the suppermarket is cheaper, espexially when the have bogofs and extra free."Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0 -
I buy all my meat from costco. It is excellent quality and if you're lucky you can sometimes pick up some reduced stuff. i've had the chicken breasts with £5 knocked off, salmon half price, burgers reduced to £2.50. you have to be there at the right time, (i've not yet managed to work out when that is!)
In the passport, mince is due to be on offer next week (i think) so i'll stock up then.I'm in the £2.00 club! terramundi cracked open Christmas Day £748
Started a new one Boxing Day!0 -
The mince is fantastic, there's hardly any fat running out of it when you cook it and it doesn't seem to shrink as much as supermarket mince (better than lean steak mince from the supermarket IMO).lisle wrote:I buy all my meat from costco. It is excellent quality and if you're lucky you can sometimes pick up some reduced stuff. i've had the chicken breasts with £5 knocked off, salmon half price, burgers reduced to £2.50. you have to be there at the right time, (i've not yet managed to work out when that is!)

Does anyone know the prices of Costco's High Def Tellies.
Nowhere near a store today and looking to buy by the end of the day. Should I settle for Comets/Currys or drive the 100 miles to Costco?
Lcd 37in is what I'm looking for.0 -
Grapes are fantastic try the keylime pie in the frozen department they come in their little boxes.
You have to check supermarket prices as stated earlier also remember when buying toilet rolls or kitchen towel its not the rolls that counts its how many sheets on the roll ,charmin has 180 sheets where andrex has 220 sheets
