If you have unsecured loans and credit cards if you became unable to pay them can these companies force the sale of your house to recover their debts, even if your payments are up to date with your mortgage ?

Conflicting only with regard to some clause. Nothing conflicting about the fact that unsecured loan can be turned into secued one (via court, CCJ, ...). Search Debt-Free Wannabe board (for charging order, for example).stashmycash wrote:Conflicting opinions it seems.
