I have had an absolute nightmare! I recently downloaded my credit report which showed a default in an account i once had with Littlewoods. When contacting them it had gone to another debt company who then passed this on who then passed this on! No one would own to having my account but all were taking my money! Anyway I have manged to track who last had this accoutn and they have owned up to making a mistake of not stopping this as all paid! I know have a letter of discontinuance for Nothampton County Court but how do I insure this is taking off my credit report? I am looking to buy a house in the future but with a credit rating so poor, I need all the help! Can this be wiped off which will then allow my rating to go up?
