stop paying your debts and mortgage, you will soon have the fee0

Firstly stop paying any unsecured creditors, that should save a bit also if you in reciept of certain benefits you can qualify to have the court cost of £150 paid for you. You still however need the £345.
Otherwise: Carboot?

Hi there. Have you got an OD and if you have, is it maxed out?
My business has gone bump (sole trader) I am now on the rock and roll, however I have maxed out the business OD for fees and other living exspenses. That is the only way apart from family lending me cash I could do it. I may have used the card if there was no other way.
Oh by the way folks. Should I take the discount form I got from the court to the benefits office on Thursday and will this cause any grief? BR date March 2 2009. 1.45pm

I just had to take a copy of my benefit entitlement to the court with the form, but not sure about different courts.

I thought the benefit people had to sign or write something. I can't remember what the form is called. It's small and official looking;) Now there's a firstBetter to be poor than a slave to wealth

There are a number of charities that may help with bankruptcy costs and fees depending on eligibility (examples below)...BUT due to the increase in numbers of people filing for bankruptcy most of these trust funds are now refusing to payout for bankruptcy fees...worth a try applying though
- Severn Trent Trust Fund and other water trusts
- EDF Energy Trust
- Royal British Legion
- Some Trade Unions
- Turn2Us enables you to search for charities
