    Extremely unlikely, especially as you are not a homeowner, which they will be well aware of from the Land Registry.

    Just a bit.

    They tend to buy up old and unenforceable debts in the hope that the people who they demand payment from are not aware of the law.

    It means that they can buy the right to collect the debt for very little, so will make lots of cash if anyone pays.

    They won't make you BR for £2K anyway. It would cost them that again in fees.

    6 year - yes, as it is their responsibility to prove that it is enforceable.
