Has CheckMyFile.Com gone under?

Hi guys,

Forgive me if this not the best place to add this post but I am trying to find out about Checkmyfile.com. I have/had an account with them and have been happily been able to check my files (like it says) and so far no problems. Today the website is just not coming up with anything and I wondered if any one knows what is going on or anything about it?

I am currently subscribed to there checkup any time service.

Here is hoping someone knows something?

  • Hi OxfordRob

Had same problem yesterday, rang them, they said that they had some trouble with their servers or something, the site was back up again about 40 mins l8r. Hope that helps.
  • Pleased that the site is indeed back up but now I raise a querey no doubt raised before as to value for money. I know it is only 14 odd quid every three or four months but my details don't change radically and it says my credit rating is spot on so should I really worry and keep on check?
  • Hi again

Up2u but when I needed there help they were spot on, couldn't fault them, sorted out an error for me and got me credit when I thought I had no chance. Like yesterday, just rang and got through to a really helpful guy and they did everything. I think its brilliant value, there credit scores are free - I used to pay about 6 quid just for a credit score when I was with Credit Export, that was really annoying. checkmyfile works out at around 2 quid a report. I don't thikn theres anyone cheaper, or anywhere else you can get your reports from all three credit agencies either, but if there is anyone else, no doubt someone will post it here.
