SOA question- Date incurred

Hi guys
Two questions I really need help on
Am filling in my SOA and unsure what to put for date incurred of my credit cards. I dont want to phone the companies up because they will give me hassle about non payment.
It also asks what the debt was for, do I put the answer "credit card" or they want to know why. No one really knows what their credit card debts were for or at least I was just spending money they were chucking at me so not sure what to put
Is a rough guess ok or does OR/judge want exact date?
Thanks in advance
bobby

I think most on here go for the date the accounts were opened rather than when you used all the credit up on them.BR 08/04/09 | ED 02/10/09

I made it through!Don't ignore a problem. Unlike a bad smell, it won't eventually go away.0 -
If you don't know, I think it's OK to give a rough estimate.0

Guestimates are fine...if the OR needs he can contact any creditor for a definate date etcWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
