How do I word a complaint to a creditor?

I need to complain to NDR as they haven't responded to any of the 3 letters I've sent to them (including one asking for a response) telling them I'm in a DMP with Payplan. Their latest letter is a default notice and a letter telling me they have sent me the OFT guidelines. That's rather ironic considering they seem to be ignoring OFT guidelines themselves by not dealing with a third party about my debt!
I haven't got a clue how to word the letter though, so is there a fairly standard letter for this sort of thing, or can anyone advise?

Tishyso is there a fairly standard letter for this sort of thing
There is no template letter as such, what you need to do is copy the letters YOU'VE sent, copy all the replies from them, then forward the lot of to TS / OFT / FOS, with a brief explanation of why you are raising a complaint.
Good luckClick here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
Thanks, I'll do that

For a debt of just £300 this one is being an awful lot of hassle!LBM: March 2008DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 1980
