Its a pity because by the time they do sell the house, all of the fantastic profit will either go to their children or to fund their nursing home care. This just means that the muppets will have to wait twice as long to sell their properties.0 -
It doesnt really matter what its priced at if you like a house view it, then make your offer.
If the sellers dont accept your offer they wont sell to you, and if you can not offer enough money they wont sell to you.
Its pointless coming on here and saying its worth this and that and the people are not lowering their prices.
I know if i seen two identical houses and one was 140,000, and one was 180,000 i would view the both and make the same offer on whatever one i liked the best.
Bottom line they accept your offer and you get a house, if they dont you walk away and try another one.
I know people have stopped marketing houses and there are not the same number of houses for sale has there was 2 years ago, but if you look now ftb properties are starting to sell, and i suspect the ones that have gone sstc have had low offers accepted.
Just make a offer , you just dont know what the seller might say.I am not a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as not being a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
