My claim was issued on 12th Feb and they have until 03 March to reply.

B&Q acknowledged case and they intend to defend. My good friend who is a consumer focused lawyer is going to assist me as he is quite interested in a precident so he has been appointed.

This is the lady acting on behalf of B&Q. Ex Trading Standards which isnt an issue really.
