sorry to ask again

sorry to ask again but lost my internet connection and have looked back at threads and cant find it.

I have sent all my letters off to dca for a sca well over three weeks ago have had stardard letters back asking for payments.I have phoned to check they have letters.
marshall wards has sent letter saying they have not got copy of my sca the debt is from 2004 what do i do now?

found this really funny studio have sent letter saying we cant find a copy of you sca but have sent a new one out for you to sign and send back:eek:

    If they do not have a true copy of a signed CCA you have afew options . 1 , offer payments you can afford and make sure they stop added interest . 2, stop paying , tell them that as they can not produce a CCA they should cease collection activitity and delete all records . 3, roll over and pay whatever they request .
