Did you see an agents sign in the garden before it was rented, the likelihood is you could leave a message with them to pass your details onto the landlord, or Land registry but I think it costs
The best bet is to ask the tenants, I suppose it would be the quickest

maybe ask the neighbours, somebody will know the landlord0

There is a voluntary register held by the Housing Executive as far as I know. Although not all landlords are signed up to it, it might be a good place to start.0

Google the address, you never know what you might find (there could have been a planning application in for some work and it might be online). It could be online for other reasons too.
Also, if the tenants are students, there might be a list of student accommodation/landlords on the university website under 'private accommodation'.
If it's a house of multiple occupation (HMO), the NIHE and Environmental Health at local Council might have details.
As someone else posted, there might have been an agent's sign up before they moved in, a neighbour might have remembered which one it was.Life is an endless struggle full of frustrations and challenges, but eventually you find a hairstyle you like.0 -
I can't remember exactly but I think a friend of mine went to the Land Registry, got the details of the solicitor the landlord had used when buying the house and wrote to the solicitor and they passed a letter on to the landlord.0
