Work out if the overdraft is costing you more in interest than the Barclaycard or Barclay loan. If you can get £3000 for the car put it on the loan. If you can't then I would pay off the Mobile phone bill, Barclaycard and HFC laptop. Then use all that spare money to pay off the Barclaycard loan. Slowly reduce the overdrafts that way you get used to living within budget gradually. If you suddenly took away the overdraft you could find yourself borrowing again on loans or cards.0

I agree with Totallybroke on the cigs vs baccy thing. I already owned a rolling machine coz I can't roll very well, but my savings are up to 60%. I used to spend 90 quid a month on cigs, now I spend 30 a month on tobacco. Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

Phone Barclays and see if you are elligable for Barclayloan Plus. The APR you are paying is shocking. Rates for BL+ start at (iirc) 7%. That'll save you a reasonable amount!Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j

I have had a NSD today which im glad of after the weekend with OH 2 youngest here. Had to go out and buy lotion for their hair as had little visitors, as they do every time they come over. I keep wondering why their mother doesnt do their hair but leaves it for me to do. It seems like every time they come over they are riddled with the things!!! At least i know its done when they come here, i would hate it if they are getting picked on at school. Will also need to take DSD to opticians as she has needed to go since before xmas but her mother hasnt bothered with that either. Im wondering if its because i mentioned it??????Barclays OD -£805.93/limit £800 A & L OD -£350.00/limit £250HFC (laptop) £549.00, Barclays Loan £3033.00, O2 £331 (227.70 left)(defaulted):eek::eek:0
