Hi there
Been in our DMP since April 08 and MBNA have finally sold our debt onto a company called 1st credit, they have been calling us and leaving automated messages and we had a letter from them to say the debt is now with them.
They have asked that we contact them so I have sent an email confirming that we had recieved their letter and would ask CCCS to make all payments to them in future.
What else can I expect from them now - has anyone else had dealings with them whilst on a DMP ?
Many thanks

OH MBNA debt has been sold to 1st credit. Just got our letter at the weekend. CCCS have asked for their details so they can keep making payments to them.
Unfortunatley from what I have read they are not nice people. Am ust off to email 1st credit to let them know CCCS have their details and they will make payments to them from now.
Will let you know how we get on.February 2013 NSD - 40 -

Don't worry too much about first credit, you'll read enough bout them in time. Give as good as you get. Take independent advice and let tem know you are recoring their calls if they telphone you.0
