I like Boden. they accept returns (worn) within 3 months so a true moneysaver could renew the wardrobe free 4 times a year. I was going to send back the shirts and trousers but they were too nice :-)

Its people like that, that cause problems for the rest of us,who genuinely have to return,because of a problem,slack!!!!

Just checked again and it is baby boarders now, when i posted it was a ladies skirt???

if boden accept returns for any reason, surely, changed my mind after 3 months is a valid one as per terms and conditions.

before you slate me, I have never returned anything. Everything has been too good and better than expected.

We have a no quibble return policy - which does exactly what the label says. You want to return something, for any reason at all, and we won’t quibble, argue or even bat an eyelid. You have up to three-months to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item within three-months of the receipt of your order, we’ll exchange or refund it, no questions asked.
Please note, sale items work slightly differently. These have a seven-day return policy to enable us to process the return and put it back into the sale section before the sale ends.

Hi, Yes they usually send an order email and then a dispatch email.

The ladies cotton skirt is the Catch of the Day today.
