Been doing surveys on toluna for years and dont very often check my points balance.
Today when I went on there I saw on the list of points received that there are a few minus points amount shown as 'expired points'. I have had a look on the site and can't see what this is, does anyone know as it looks like I may have lost a lot of my points!

Do points have to be used within a certain time limit? Yes. As of now, when points are credited to your account they will have a validity of two years. If after this period the points have not been used, they will be automatically deleted from your account.0 -
I've cashed mine in yesterday for HMV vouchers but didn't even realise that the points were dated so to speak.There's no place like home
