• The competition closes on 2 March 2009
• A winner will be selected at random to win the prize which is: Best of British Branded Nintendo DS and Guitar Hero: On Tour game.
• The winner will be notified by email and the prize will be delivered within 28 days of the closing date of the competition.
• The successful entrant will be determined in accordance with these rules.
• All entries must be submitted on or before 2 March 2009
• All entries must include the entrants name and email address.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or mislaid before or after submission.
• The failure of an entry to be delivered by 2 March 2009 will make the entry invalid. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
• Employees and agents of DTV services Limited or those of any company associated with the promotion are not eligible to take part or are members of their families or households.
• The determination and decision of the Promoter shall be final.
• The Promoter, in the event of circumstances arising which, in his opinion, make this desirable, may cancel the free prize draw at any stage.
• The names of winners will be available after the closing date (2 March 2009) by writing to Freeview: 4Music Competition, DTV Services Ltd, 27-29 Cursitor Street, London EC4A 1LT.
• Only one entry is allowed per entrant.
