Is it under the data protection Act

Or under the Freedom of Information Act I should ask for all the details the CSA hold on me and my case, and how long to they have to comply?

You just need to ask for your files under the data protection act. there is a letter on our website if you need one...https://www.nacsa.co.uk - look under the letter templates link. they should take about 40 days to arrive, but they are taking longer at the moment due to backlogs...before christmas it was taking an average of about 4 months....but just lately we have seen people getting them within about 2-2.5 months so improvements are being seen.0
