CSA Payments stopped

My ExH was paying £1.61 p.w for our daughter (:j ) which went into my account every fortnight. I have only just noticed that nothing has gone in for the last few months. AFAIK he was on disability but having to do some sort of college course. Could he have found a job and signed off? Is it my responsibility to make the CSA aware of this? It's been so long since I contacted them that I have no idea where my case is or who is dealing with it.

Just after advice really about what to say when I call. I'm in the S.E.

Thanks in advance.

Have you rung them to ask hy payments have stopped? You could ask them to investigate.
  • Lines were closed today but will phone first thing tomorrow. I suppose it could also be a payment processing problem although it had been chugging along fine for a year or two. Pretty stupid of me not to have noticed until now though. I will ask them if they can investigate, thanks.
  • your moaning about £1.61 p.w ? i bet you could find that down the back of the sofa

jacklink OP wasn't asking for your snide comments, really no need for it, they where asking for advice not your hormonal response:confused:

Hi OP, best give them a ring in the morning and get your case workers full name & ext for future reference, hopefully they can give you an explaination if not then they can chase it up or you, good luck.

Hi Jack! It's pathetic isn't it? £1.61 doesn't pay for one day's lunch at school but it's the principle. Do you understand what that means? This is a Money Saving Forum. Would you throw away almost £84 a year? Really?

And no I don't keep money in anything other than my purse or the bank. Coins are choking hazards. Hope you don't have small children! :rotfl:
  • Oh, and if my ExH has been made to get an actual job (!) given that he lives with his Mum and has no housing costs or groceries to buy, we're talking about rather more than £1.61 p.w aren't we?

    Thanks fairplay4u :)
