I hardly ever agreed with !!!!!! and I think he was very pessimistic. But, in my humble opinion, he knew a great deal about a lot of stuff and his posts were always interesting to read. Would be nice to have him back here.0 -
He didn't get on with DD either and vice versa ...so, maybe, decided to cut the stress out of his life by not posting any longer?nollag2006 wrote: »Not sure that he was.
This is his last post from Feb 2009:

Looks like he just stormed off in a huff
DD is PPR but does come back sometimes...I think he is up to DD8 at the mo.....not 100% sure as I am not here often enough to notice.0 -
No, not banned....maybe got a bit fed up with the board at the time?
Indeed, and I can't really see him coming back to debate with the likes of nollag.
!!!!!!: "In my opinion we may see a deflationary vortex, especially in light of recent currency movements in Asia and other developing nations. And if the interest deficits we've seen emerge in the BRIC nations spread to other economies then we may really see people pull out of equities and the resulting mini-crash in markets will have a definite negative effect. What do others think?"

It's a shame he left as he used to join in on the trivial (like my stuff at the time) too. I would have hoped for an ID PM if he was here under a different name but no other poster seems to be him. Wookster was flagged up as his AE but he'she feels different to me.
!!!!!!? was def a babe. I even got a T shirt from Horace in his memory. I got the girls version which dips at the back....but I only wear it at home to avoid saddo mutton references.:D0 -

By the way I agree with your better things to do comment, so far today I have (although not much else beckons other than cooking a meal and enjoying a few glasses of wine in front of the box with my wife and dog)
7.30am - Took the dog for a walk
11am - 10km run (with the dog)
3pm - 10km (different course) cycle (with the dog and wife)
6pm - Badmington in the garden with the wife (dog in the huff on the patio)Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
