Sorry did not mean to upset you:o . I was only going by what i have seen on here. Summer posted the other day about having to have a second interview(FTF)and she was told she may get a BRU.
Hope you get some positive feedback and i can then retract my comment gracefully:o .Dx

As far as I know, we've only had 3 members so far who have gone through to the possible BRU stage, all had FTF interviews, 2 resulted in BRU's, one in suspended didscharge.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

its a technicality but a BRU cannot be imposed: its a Bankruptcy Restriction Undertaking which means the person agrees with the alleged misconduct and gives a voluntary undertaking. By giving an undertaking the duration of the Bankruptcy Restrictions will be a bit less.
Usually the OR does a face to face interview before deciding whetehr to go for a BRO.0 -

thanks ATC, i have told her on the phone that i am happy for a BRU, will i have to go for a F2F interview though?0 -
I cannot say for sure, only that normally a face to face interview would be done after the Or thinks they have all the evidence for the report. In order to give the bankrupt a chance to give their side.0
