  • I had an account with play.com and my wife has..... turns out I ordered a pair and she did..... hers got delivered this morning and checked website and on mine says order cancelled today. Looks like out of stocks or may have realised going to same address..... play.com has the worst customer service ever so no point in chasing.

  • Mine got cancelled too but no email to say so just checked on account, it's not the first time play.com have cancelled orders either :(

    i got mine a couple of days after i ordered it. Mine came in a jiffy bag, so no wasteful packaging :) They seem pretty good to me.

    I know how annoying it is when your order something free and it doesnt arrive. I wouldnt have thought it would be too hard to have some sort of thing where it takes the offer down when the number of headphones they have has been ordered. Oh well, its free so you cant really complain when you dont get em
  • I got an email apologising for not being able to fulfill my order as they are out of stock! Never mind!
