Looking for plastic suspended ceiling tiles and supports?

Hi. I live in Brum and wanna install an office suspended ceiling system. Its no more than 3m span and I prefer the lightweight alluminium support sections, but would go for the white steel stuff if i cant get alluminum.
I'm also looking for the white diffuser plastic tiles that you put lights behind(think they used to call it the crushed ice pattern 600 x 600). I'm not looking for the solid tiles and modern silver light fittings. Thanks.
