Interview tomorrow - any tips?

Got an interview tomorrow (changing jobs in a recession - eep!). It's for a job at a petrol station where my sister works for (she's kept me up to date and says over 100 people applied). With so many applicants, how can I improve my chances? And does anyone know what kind of questions to expect? I work in fast food at the moment.
