Inland Revenue form P91

My dh & I have both been sent form P91 through the post recently. Its says on the front of the questionaire :-
You could end up paying too much tax if you do not complete this form.
The form is basically asking for our employment history since 6th April 2007. My husband is registered disabiled and does not work, I do not work either and we get state benefits and have done since before 6th April 2007. The form asks if we are working or not and asks for the full dates since 6th April 2007 that we have been getting benefits, it is asking the dates from and too. I am unsure what to put in the too box as my husband as been awarded benefits indefintly. He gets DLA, Severe disability allowance, income support, I claim child benefit, council tax benefit and housing benefit.
Has anyone esle been sent one of the forms ?

Hi,
In the 'to' box for your husband write "indefinately" and for you write " until a change of circumstances"
