Holland & Barrett supply some of the most useless products known to man.
It would be better to just eat healthy. Most of the H&B products contain less of the nutritional value than the branded products. The branded goods H&B supply are of low quality. For instance Joe Weider products, but carry an expensive price tag.
If you want decent products then I reccomend using some of the professional health shops.
However H&B do provide some good healthy snacks.0 -
or go health direct...free p&p....good quality.0

I started using some H&B supplements two years ago for a condition that I have. They've worked so well that it's changed my life. I don't think that they're usless products.
I eat a VERY healthy diet too.:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0 -
Does anyone actually pay full price at Holland and Barrett? they always seem to have a sale on, which is probably why I usually end up buying from them..0

they don't seem to use gimmicky sales-this year they have a couple at half price but the rest are £1 off the usual sensible full price0 -

The whey powder H+B sell is the by far the best tasting I've ever had. The chocolate whey actually makes for a great tasting drink.
Just bought 5kg from MyProtein.co.uk, (which is cheaper by the kilo than H+B even at the reduced rate they're offering right now) so won't be buying any this time - even though it is great tasting.0
