Where can I buy Threadless.com style t-shirts in the UK?

Ok, my OH's birthday soon. I want to get him some nice t-shirts. I was going to get them from Threadless.com but since the £ has dropped it is going to be a lot more and once postage is added and import duty, I don't think it will be worth getting them as they are shipped from the US.
Does anyone know of any good quality, not too expensive, UK based t-shirt company/ies that do something similar to Threadless (i.e individual designs from members of the public)? All the tees I see on ebay and online are very generic and I don't want Camden Market style shirts which you see everywhere. Thanks!
