If you feel it wasnt explained properly; by all means complain. But they may say you were given all the literature and you ought to have read them earlier0

thanks for that, we were not given any literature at the time it was just something they said they would add to the account, i know maybe we should have picked it up earlier but they must have also known we had the same service on the other account as well0 -

Those add-ons are often a bit of a con anyway. Can I suggest you tot up how much you'd actually spend on the services you genuinely use from the Additions package and see if they come to more than £16 a month? Most people don't actually use all the stuff offered in those packages and so are effectively wasting money.0
