Wedding dress mini crisis!

Ok, this could be worse but my friend has just been over to collect her wedding dress and it has a flaw in it again. This is the second time this has happened so she has now taken the decision to look for a new dress. There are now only 4 months till the wedding so timne is really not on our side (I'm chief bridesmaid).
My question is, does anyone know of a dress similar to this? http://www.foreverbridals.com/gownpix.asp?Style=48203
It looks alot better on, the picture doesn't really do it much justice!
If you are interested, the flaw is on the seam of one of the pleats. This is now the third dress with the same flaw, i.e. the sample in the shop had it and both that have come had it.
Any suggestions welcome! Thanks.

what was the flaw on the seam of her original dress?0 -
You star thanks. The flaw is on the join of the chiffon. They have to use loads of chiffon for the pleats and I think there were 2 or 3 joins, but each time it has been on just one of the joins.
I've found this one and am waiting to hear what she thinks

The alternative could be to source the fabric and crystals (or whatever they are) and have someone make it.
The worry is that if we keep it and take it to a seamstress who cannot fix it up then she has no chance of getting her money back! Grrr!0 -
To clarify the flaw is that the pleat does not hang right, it kind of crinkles and won't hang straight.0

My sentiments too...hopefully this is a blessing in disguise! Not that the first one wasn't gorgeous, the photo really didn't do it justice.
Thanks for all your help peeps!0
