Yes. I have done many of these mystery shoppers for them in the past. I found that in the last 6 months the online filling in has got a lot more long winded. If you have the time they are worth doing. Best of look. Have a look on MSE for mystery shoppers you will get a lot of pointers there.

I've been registered for about a year and only get offered weatherspoons pub ones which are 40 miles away. I'm going to unsubscribe as its pointless.

They used to do all the Mystery shopping at the store I worked in (fashion retail store) but never seemed to offer this as a store to do mystery shopping in when I joined it (when I left the company).

Now not joined at all so don't know.
• Hi
I have been doing mystery shopping for 9 months with another company
I reistered with retail eyes but they never get you any work

Retail Maxim give me assignments every few weeks
I did millies cookies this week & was forced to eat the 12 cookies I bought :rotfl:

I love mystery shopping
"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.
• To the OP: If you look at the Mystery Shopping thread in the Up Your Income section of the board, there is more info on Retail Eyes and on other companies.

I have been with RE for a couple of years and done all sorts of jobs all over the country. I would recommend them for sure.

Other posters, can you please remove client names from your posts as it's unprofessional and it annoys the MSing companies as well as the clients.

Retail Eyes only wants your photo if you want to be considered for special assignments eg where they may need to issue you with photo ID for open audits etc. They have my photo but I have never yet been given a job I needed photo ID for.
• In my bid to get some extra cash to make up for the lack of money I earn a friend recommended that I do some Mystery Shopping as I have a pretty central location I would be able to get numerous assignments without travelling too far.
If you would like to sign up please use me as a referall and I will be forever grateful NIPPERKIP@TALKTALK.NET
*~*~*Who are Retail Eyes*~*~*
Retail Eyes are a subsidary of one of the largest mystery shopping companies in North America.
Retail Eyes recruit people who pay attention to detail and have a good memory and are very observant.
*~*~*What are the requirements*~*~*
To become a Retail Eyes Mystery Shopper, you must meet all of the following criteria:
You must be 16 years of age or older.
Be familiar with webstites and now how to scan and upload documents as an attachment and have access to email.
You must also have access to a telephone should there be any queries with the assignment.
Ability to Remain Anonymous:
When performing an assignment, you are not allowed to reveal yourself as a mystery shopper unless you are instructed to.
Keep your job notes in the car as you should always complete your assignment away from the store.
Assignments must be completed within the job periods; online reports must be completed within 24 hours after the shop.
If you are unable to perform an assignment due to an unexpected circumstance, then you need to contact retail eyes immediately and they will try to find someone else to complete the job or will reschedule it for you.
You must answer a number of screening questions before accepting a job to ensure that you will give honest and non biased opinions.
You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and do not make things up just to answer the questions, if you do this you can be withdrawn from the site.
*~*~*Signing up to be a Mystery Shopper*~*~*
To sign up you need to complete the form located on their website.
Here you fill in the general details, name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth.
It will also ask why you think you will be a good Mystery Shopper, and describe it in 50 words.
If your application is accepted you will receive a login and password to access assignments and your well on your way.
There is a maximum of 6 assignments that you can complete at anyone time so make sure you pick the best ones and ensure that you can complete them or you may not be able to complete any more assignments.
*~*~*How do I find assignments*~*~*
When you log on to the website you can enter your postcode into the search for assignments section and it will bring up any open assignments, it is important that you click on the job details and check that you will be able to complete the details if you don't complete the job as per the job instructions then you may not get paid so follow the instructions correctly.
You will normally receive an email from a member of the Retail Eyes team to confirm you understand the job instructions and to provide you with additional support should you have any questions about the assignment before it is completed.
*~*~*Completing the Assignment*~*~*
You will have a copy of the job instructions and also the questions that will need to be completed when you submit the job report, I tend to take this information with me but leave it in the car so that I can check the details before I shop the store and that I can fill in the details away from the store to ensure that the information is accurate.
All assignments require you to provide a receipt for your purchases if you do not have this you will not be reimbursed as simple as that.
You will have to use the links on the site to complete your assignment to state that you have visited the store and you will be asked for the time you entered and exited.
Some assignments have a specific time frame that you must be in the store for so ensure you have this information.
There is no way that you can possibly provide incorrect information as CCTV can and will be checked if the client for retail eyes queries what you state.
I have had on occassion a few calls stating that the client has stated that the information I have provided has been incorrect but as I wrote down the points as soon as I left I was able to confirm that what I had stated in the report was correct and they had not fulfilled what was required.
*~*~*How much will I get paid?*~*~*
All assignments are first come first serve and there is no guarantee for the number of shops that you will get per month. Each assignment is associated with a shop fee and a spend limit. The shop fee is adjusted depending on the complexity and urgency of the assignment. Each assignment also has a spend limit, which is the maximum amount that we will reimburse a shopper for the food/merchandise purchased.
*~*~*When will I get paid?*~*~*
Assignments completed successfully will be paid on the 15th of the next month following completion of the job by cheque, which will be sent by first class mail. For example: a job completed on the 3rd of March will be paid on the 15th of April. Previously you could arrange to be paid through paypal but this agreement has now ended so you can only be paid via BACS or Cheque.
*~*~*My Opinion*~*~*
I think Retail Eyes are a great company to complete assignments for they keep in touch regularly and respond quickly to any queries that you send through to them, there is always someone to speak to at the other end of the phone if you have a query during your assignment, I have been unable to complete an assignment due to personal circumstances and as I contacted them they have allowed me to complete the assignment 2 days later, its great that they can allow a little extra flexibility for those who have to complete them around a full-time position.

I agree. I work full time as a mystery shopper and used to rate them as one of my favourite companies, but with increased detail and questions required combined with reduced fees, I find they are now at the bottom of my list
