Received my first letter from BCW today, after ignoring the first 3 letters from Aktiv Kapital.
Thankfully I have read a fair few forums prior to this so I knew better than to try and call them, instead I had a friend e-mail them the suggested letters. Just thought I would mention, if you e-mail them (especially at the weekend) you will receive a standard form e-mail acknowledgement as response.
Would this serve the same as sending by registered delivery? I'm guessing it might as I now have an e-mail saying that they have received mine. Made my requests and it cost me nothing!!

I sent them a combined version of the 'statute barred' letter and the 'request of proof' letter. Found on this site and several other similar sites. Hit them with everything available.0
