Quick question........

DH's case is currently technically stuck in Newcastle
From Monday he will be working in a different position within his firm which will mean a wages drop of £100 per week. There's no way we can afford to keep paying the current amount on his reduced wages, but I'm worried he won't get the re-assessment done while the case is in Newcastle.

He phoned the CSA tonight, who said he needs to provide 2 wageslips and they will do the calculation manually. Has anyone had this done before? I know all too well the CSA and their (un)reliability!

To cover your backs, it may be worth putting the request in writing to confirm the call details (can use their website as you get a reference number confirming receipt).
