Whats the easiest way to post a scanned version of my agreement on this thread?

At last a response from Aktiv worthy of the paper its written on!!

After one telephone conversation with the Financial Ombudsman, a complaint was made on my behalf. less than one week later and Aktiv respond with a letter stating that they cannot provide an original credit agreement, and therefore have closed both accounts and will no longer collect or ask to collect any monies.

A huge thank you to all the people that have helped with this, I feel a huge weight is removed from my shoulders, give yourselves a big pat on the back!!!

Now then, do I go one step further and look to recover the money that they have collected over the last two years?......
