Seems OK to me (but I haven't tried the downoad links), apart from the P2P stuff.
From what I can see, some useful freeware here, and it is good to have it listed in one place. If in doubt, obtain the download from the homepage of the software.

Had a quick scan of the software list and it looks like legitimate freeware.
