    We are staying in.

We have 2 kiddies aged 8 and 2, there is no chance of a Valentine's card never mind dinner. We are dead broke.

I have decided to cook us all a paella out of storecupboard and freezer stuff, and have it with a bottle of cava that is left over from xmas.

Then, the highlight of our exciting evening....Casualty, hopefully watching it and not in it! (note to self, defrost and cook frozen seafood properly!:p )

  • Am staying in as well so don't feel bad. Browse the internet, chat with friends. Or do something that you always wanted to but never got the time.

  • We're staying in (usually do anyway!) but having a rather large party for my OH's birthday! I'm really looking forward to it but ever so slightly concerned as to how I'm going to fit 30+ people into my rather small cottage!!!

  • Staying in we didn't get in from work until after 8, going out where we live is very expenive, so we tend to have people around.
