I am sorry if this is not the place to put this or if it's already been dealt with but I thought it worth mentioning. It is free and could save your life if you have medical conditions that paramedic's should know about if you have an accident.

I think the main thing is storing the numbers on your phone. Most of the info is in the BBC article.
