Help please re: Chocolates!

Oh my goodness! Please help me.
Just walked into the kitchen and found that my dog has eaten the box of choccies I had brought for my OH for valentines day
(Luckily the dog didn't get any of the chocolates themselves, just shredded the box! Couldn't face a trip to the vets with a dog suffering from chocolate poisoning!)
Anyway, does anyone have any ideas how I can repackage them (bearing in mind I can't get to the shops now) I'm not very creative but have a few bits and bobs of things lying around - I just need ideas!
Thank you x
P.S The chocolates themselves are still in the cello packaging so I don't feel guilty about giving them to OH repackaged :rotfl:

My OH said to write a note saying "chockys are in the dog" then you can scoff them yourself

Thanks for all the ideas - whilst boiler_mans idea is very tempting, I ended up popping them in a little box I've found!! x0
