My tracker is advertised as BOE +0.14
However when I use mortgage calculator the monthly payment shown is a few £s less than I am paying
My payments equate to AER 1.54% not 1.14%
Can anyone explain please

on most trackers the repayments are reset a few wekkes after Bank of england rates change
are you interest only, as on repayment the term will also be a factor

Ive just recieved notification of the NEW monthly payment which as I say is more than the calculator
£25000 repayment over 20 years @1.14 = £116 (calculator)

for figures like that needs exact term ( years and months) and exact balance.
