Workforce Planning Interview?

Hi

Wondering if anyone who works in NHS/Health trusts me able to give me some advice re: job interview in workforce planning dept - just what type of questions etc they might ask.

Ive never worked in health trust or dont know anyone that does!

Im a bit nervous and want to try and be prepared as really need this job!

    What sort of job is it? Have you worked in workforce planning elsewhere or is that new to you too?

    Its workforce planning in HR dept of local health trust - I have never worked in something like this before - and not sure if anyone with any experience in NHS couls advise me!

    I am working in the NHS at the moment but not in HR.

    My only advice would be to go through the job description/person spec closely and think about occasions when you used skills/undertook work which seems to match what is suggested by those documents.

    If you have no experience in the field but they are willing to interview you then they must be prepared to take someone on on that basis.
