Ah ha!!!! finally found the name........ herbie21............. she has helped loads of others on here and some say there is nothing she doesnt know!!!! i would pm her as she has template letters and all sorts which may help!!

herbie is our bailiff specialist. We try to keep her for people who are being hi by bailiffs (at the door quite often) as she does extra stuff here as a volunteer.
