problem on credit report what should I do?

Just got my Experian report through and theres a problem on it but I'm not sure what to do. In the long term the problem might benefit me. Its recorded against my loan that I'm Gone Away despite the fact that I'm still at the same address and still making payments to them as per my DMP. This is possibly good because its not listed that this loan has been defaulted meaning I only have one default listed. But now I'm not sure wether to get the mistake corrected and them possibly remember a default should be on there instead or leave it as it is.
The other bad news is that I have a CCJ I knew nothing about. Its around the time I moved house in 2005 so its possible the information just never got sent on to me by my old housemates. So having managed to clear one debt this month :j I have now got another to replace it. I quess my next step is to write to the court and find out what it is and how to pay. Its only £100 so I should be able to clear it with the overtime I have done this month.
