Not sure if this is the right place but I'd like some advice!
Received a WEM from Steve Masters at UK
Parents lounge on 18th December to say I'd won 2 DS games.
Which was great!
Replied with my address but haven't heard anything since, despite 2 emails & 2 messages using their "contact us" form on the website.
Not sure what to do now, without appearing ungrateful.
I know things can take a while to come through sometimes, but they haven't even replied.

Just phoned Steve Masters & he was really pleasant!
Apparently he's had a few problems with the warehouse people that the PR company use & is chasing it up now!!
