after dps solicitor sent them his signiture without him knowing, anyway it has dp as main customer, his ex as joint customer

balance was £7848.72
balance now £7605.83
missing amount £242.89

car was repossed so this £242.89 might be auction amount if so no payments were made so will be 6 year barred as date was 14/11/2002 got in touch 25/11/2008, if the £242.89 is payments but cnt see why as payments were £160.39 a month so theres an extra £82.50 unnacounted for. Marlin say the subject access request was sent and should receive soon which will show any payments made, hopeing none were made as dp cnt remember
